You may write the test tomorrow or on Thursday during block 2 as I have a meeting at flex time which I can't miss. Please email me if you have questions about this.

If you know you will be away on Thursday, you need to write it tomorrow or I will have to greet you on January 6 with a test and that is not a favorable situation for you. Thank you.

2) Use the video on the website (on peoples of the Plateau) to fill in the chart with Food, Clothing....etc.

1) Watch the video on the Iroquois confederacy (1st one under the youtube videos, and if you have time, watch the second one too)

2) Describe, with a chart/pictures/visuals, what the Iroquois Confederacy is.

Please focus on how THEIR SOCIAL STRUCTURE was the basis of the Confederacy. How did they vote? How were the 5 nations grouped when they had to vote? What happened if a decision was not agreed upon?

Feel free to make 2-3 diagrams on the paper if that helps you explain it better. For example:

1 diagram - social structure;

1 diagram - voting system;

1 diagram - five nations' geographical positions - where were they located in relation to one another;

1) Physical regions of Canada - know which regions are continental and which regions are maritime.
2) Political regions of Canada - including exactly where the great lakes are (which ones are which) and all the capital cities of the provinces/territories, names of provinces/territories, and bodies of water.
3) Understand how to interpret climate graphs
4) Basic characteristics of the economic activities/vegetation/climate of the physical regions
