1) Watch the video on the Iroquois confederacy (1st one under the youtube videos, and if you have time, watch the second one too)

2) Describe, with a chart/pictures/visuals, what the Iroquois Confederacy is.

Please focus on how THEIR SOCIAL STRUCTURE was the basis of the Confederacy. How did they vote? How were the 5 nations grouped when they had to vote? What happened if a decision was not agreed upon?

Feel free to make 2-3 diagrams on the paper if that helps you explain it better. For example:

1 diagram - social structure;

1 diagram - voting system;

1 diagram - five nations' geographical positions - where were they located in relation to one another;
